Bahrain Airport Company (BAC)

For this project, the ORAT initiative was managed as a large-scale national readiness exercise designed to test the new airport terminal before its official opening. The engagement coordinated registration, security, participant flow, and on-site operations to help assess airport processes and the complete traveller experience under realistic conditions.
